Location: Grafton Regis, Northamptonshire
Description: New medium sized mutli-soc show that we will be organising and running ourselves!, so looking for a good turnout. We are hoping to make this a reasonable sized event and it will be paid so expenses will be available.

This follows on from the small Pilot show we did for the village last year, Simon and Helen are the leads but will need other volunteers to help out, please let us know if you can help when responding.

With Stratford Armouries being just down the road the following weekend it makes good possibilities for people wishing to stay in the area in between,

They are also hoping to involve the people of Alderton, the next village along, for a reciprocal... to help them out next year in exchange. Their village is of less national importance in the history books, but not without its charm, with motte and bailey still surviving that was built on top of an iron age hill fort, so potential there for something of earlier era next year.

This would mean perhaps some dozen people being actively involved on the ground, which will hopefully mean a well run and un-chaotic event.

There are some photos of the village and area on the link below
