This is a shot taken during the re-enactment of the battle of Bosworth 1485. This is held each year on the actual battlefield site ?.
You can see three members of the group. Starting at the far right (in the blue and black surcoat) is one of our lady members who at this time was squire to myself, Sir Edmund De Thorpe, put is no longer with us. Next along carrying a studded buckler and wearing a black surcoat is our captain of archers, here equiped as a light skirmisher. Next along, with his back to us, is an unknown re-enactor. Finally in the center we see Sir Edmund De Thorpe, Baron of wiltshire, wearing his hereldic tabard and carrying an shield with his coat-of-arms.
